La Pergola in Wenningstedt

Our friends have their house nearby and took us to this restaurant the first evening. The atmosphere there is amazing! We were blown away immediately! The food was prepared quickly and was very, very delicious! The staff there were all more than attentive & friendly & we will definitely eat there more often! Great praise !

It was a little while ago, but the memory of the fresh dishes and the good service is still fresh. Make sure to stop by as soon as it is possible again!

Friendly service, extensive menu. We ate pizza and noodles, nothing special in terms of taste, but overpriced. Corona rules have been implemented sensibly.

The La Pergola ristorante homepage looks very promising. We ourselves were in the restaurant on our last visit to Sylt. The service was very good. The pizzas are highly recommended. The disadvantage for me personally is that the prices for certain dishes are very expensive. But the restaurant is definitely recommended.

Arrived on vacation on Sylt, after arriving we were first something to eat. We chose La Pergola Ristorante. A very good decision. The staff is extremely friendly and very nice. The pizza was perfectly topped and baked, just delicious. The somewhat high prices are quite justified for Sylt.

We ate at La Pergola during our Sylt vacation. The menu was very extensive and the food warm and tasty. We got a table straight away and were served in a friendly and attentive manner by the staff. Gladly again!

Vacation in Germany during COVID-19, but not having to do without the "Italian". At Ristorante La Pergola we were able to satisfy our craving for Italian cuisine at normal prices. The staff were also great and the menu appealing. Also important is the consistent hygiene concept tailored to the current pandemic. Also recommended with children.

Stumbled upon the pizzeria La Pergola by chance because we usually go to Italian restaurants in Westerland. In Corona times, however, it is very difficult to get a place. Hence the alternative to Wenningstedt. Here we were super satisfied with the pizzas. I'll say it was the best pizza I've eaten on Sylt so far. The waiting time was very short and the boss and his staff were very polite and courteous. You felt good. Drink prices are not customary in the area, e.g. for beer and wine. Maybe you think about it. But I accept that when I look at the overall circumstances and spend a few euros more on it. O

We went there for the second time yesterday. Really nice and very friendly service. The food is very good. We had fish and salad. Both are simply delicious. The boss sat next to us and we started talking. A “typical” Italian - open, with relaxed sayings and simply nice. We'd love to come back ☺️

I ate a pizza frutti di mare there tonight. The fish on the pizza were all frozen and the batter was like rubber. I understand something else by a brick oven pizza. The price performance was poor. The starter plate for € 18.50 was also a joke. Cheapest mozzarella, a slice of ham, a shrimp tough as rubber, a few fried vegetable slices and 2 olives. I know that differently. I wouldn't go there anymore.

We went there at the end of July 2020. For Sylt standards, the prices were very fair at first glance. When we got our pizzas, we were all the more amazed at how big and how well they were. In terms of taste, everything was in perfect order. There is also the possibility to sit outside and you are not far from the beach - there are plenty of parking spaces right next door (but also heavily frequented). Also with regard to the staff everything was as you would expect in a good restaurant. We can therefore recommend this with a clear conscience.

Despite making a timely reservation on the terrace, we were directed to the interior of the restaurant, where it was very uncomfortable. It annoys you a lot if you order a table on time and then this reservation is not implemented at all. We waited for more than an hour for the meal, which was much too long with a toddler. The food didn't rip it out so we won't be visiting this place again. The friendliness of the staff also left a lot to be desired.

A good Italian with freshly prepared dishes. Prices are relatively high, which is due to the island. Friendly service, even if the rush hour is very hectic. You should reserve, but it is more relaxed than in many other restaurants on Sylt. We got a table in the afternoon for the same evening.

Since we sat upstairs, we had a nice view of the dunes. The map selection is very classic, not extreme. The pizza was delicious and also meets the standard. The prices are normal and appropriate for the island. All around it was a nice evening, with delicious food and good fun service. I personally just missed "that certain something", therefore only 4 stars.

Cool restaurant in a (you guessed it) pergola, situated on top of their beautiful underground restaurant. Lovely fresh pizza and pasta, accompanied by nice jokes, nicely-paired wine and homemade liqueur for dessert. Very friendly and easy going. Deserves the good ratings.

Great pizza at a higher price but reasonable for the area... longer wait but comfy and cozy.. wait staff was great.. kids liked it
